Y6 Secondary School Transition

Pupils who will move to Northfield or St. Michael’s in September, 2024, will be expected to attend and participate in transition activities on these days. You will receive further information about your child’s transition day(s), including specific timings for your child, and how to prepare for these.
Please note, on transition days, Year 6 pupils will be expected to make their own way to and from their secondary school.
